We would like to recruit you as a trainee at Systema! Of course, you have to work for us and apprenticeship remains apprenticeship, but we support you in your development and your career and also promote independent work among our junior staff. For us it is not important where you come from, but where you want to go. Our trainee team includes apprentices, working students and graduates.
9 out of 10 of our trainees stay with us after their training.
